James M. Springer (affectionately referred to as “jspring!”)

was born on January 14, 1974 and raised in Nashville, TN. Born the

eldest son of three boys, James inherited his spirit of entrepreneurship

from his mother and late grandmother. At a very early age, they

would often preach to him: “God bless the child that’s got

his own”. “My mother has been my ‘Shero’ in the absence of my father for all of my

days on this earth”, says the multi-talented professional. James declares that his mother

is a Hustler in the purest sense of the word. “She epitomized the term ‘Go-Getter’ long

before the jargon became main-stream”. James is passionate about helping others

leverage the power of social engagement and solving their need for target interaction

and inclusion.

jmatt Enterprises is the parent company and administrative headquarters for its

subsidiaries. The brand provides solutions that satisfy the consumer needs of the

social and professional alike. These services & products include a catalog of

growing alternatives for Business Partnerships, Developments & Investments,

Entertainment Resources, Marketing and Commerce.

Progressive Souls is a networking organization that promotes

affairs for event planners, corporate entities & casual socialites in

ethnically diverse communities. Our goal is to leverage our talents
