Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (MVAC / Electrical)

Responsibilities

· Responsible for overall progress planning, work progress, quality & site safety of E&M

projects.

· To supervise multi-projects in MVAC / Electrical & E&M not limited to ASD / EMSD /

Hospital works in project planning, design and development

· To monitor the project and site progress and problem solving in compliance procedures

as outlined by company and relevant requirements

· To monitor and liaise all works between various parties with builders, clients, main

contractors, consultants and sub-contractors

· To plan and complete project on schedule and within budget.

· To Supervise teams for shop drawings including layout drawing, pipe duct details, plant

room details, etc for A/C / Electrical & E&M system

· To monitor contractor and tendering, job budget estimation and submission.

Requirements

· Min 8 years or above management experience in MVAC / Electrical & E&M projects

· Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical with CIBSE / HKIE

or related professional qualifications

· Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent command of both written & spoken English & Chinese

· Less experiences can be considered as Assistant Project Manager

· Immediate Availability is preferable
