Purpose
Within the context of Corona Energy the main function of the Sales Associate is to be responsiblefor increasing client base and profitability at the SME end of the market via our key partners.
Key Responsibilities Grow the SME portfolio in line with targets Ensure Customer Relationships are maintained and developed where possible to achieve optimum
profitability from individual accounts Provide support daily to the senior sales associate to ensure all of the partners requirements are met Provide cover for the senior sales associate when they are absent Introduce new products and services to our partners, such as the promotion of our site works business
and installations/ upgrades Manage the successful transfer of all committed contracts and additional sites ensuring all relevant
documentation is signed off Successfully renew existing clients while maximizing margins Act in accordance with the companies risk procedures and guidelines Act in accordance with all SME Sales procedures To work in a co-operative manner with all departments and functions within Corona Energy to
providing focus on business revenue and efficiency To actively improve all current processes and provide innovative solutions to partners unique
requirements. Any other duties as designated by your Manager deemed lawful and responsible
Scope
The role within Corona: Actively embrace coaching culture to develop personally and the company. Contribute within team meetings and at staff engagements. Embrace corporate culture which includes:
