DRIVEWAY: Clean, prep and coat garage with Weatherskin interior epoxy (1/4 “domino flake finish – approved by client – pictures attached) with a topcoat of Polyaspartic.

THE SCOPE OF WORK

To supply all labor, equipment and materials to facilitate work as outlined below.

• To “SAFE OUT” the work area and follow State legislation. • Sweeping and removal of any debris from garage. • Disposal of all debris associated with work within this scope of work. • Concrete grinding and preparation of the existing substrate.• To remove, move or reposition any baseboard or casings, or structures etc.…

necessary to facilitate the work. The Items will be reinstalled after the new membrane has been installed. If any said items need to be

replaced. **Weatherskin will source and purchase new. These items will be charged back to the customer at

COST+15%. • To prepare for new sealant coatings on all concrete surfaces up to

approximately ______________ square feet. • To fill cracks with either a concrete patch-filler or polyurethane-caulking product

(used on compression joints).• To install Weatherskin coatings on garage flooring. Tinted broadcast coat with

Polyaspartic topcoat. Primer or membrane coat included.

SITE REQUIREMENTS AND IMPORTANT NOTABLES

• This quote is subject to a quick site visit prior to any work starting. At least one Weatherskin representative will view the site.

• This quotation does not include any substrate repairs. • We will require a vehicle/material staging area at the building/home. • All work and scheduled timelines of completion are weather dependent. • Weatherskin’s coating requires day and overnight temperatures to be 5 degrees

above zero or better. So, winter application is usually not preferred unless the client uses heating.

• A minimum of 1-weeks’ notice will need to be given before commencement of work. To ensure material orders, deliveries are lined up to ensure a smooth work process.

• An agreed upon price in writing or email will be required prior to commencement of any new or out of scope work being performed.

• Any out of scope work will be charged at the following rates: Man, and truck @$95 per hr., Foreman or Lead hand @$75 per hr. Laborers @ $60 per hour.

• A COST +15% will be applied to any materials or services required to perform the out of scope work.

• 2-year Weatherskin _________YOUR LOCATION__________ Service Warranty (one time every year we will send a man to do visual inspection of the work and performance of our system. An assessment report will be done and given to the client for their review)

• 5-year Weatherskin limited product warranty on coating application• A 50% deposit will be required upon 1 weeks’ notice of job commencement to

facilitate material orders and the remaining 50% upon completion.
