Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with members of the account management and digital marketing teams during the business development process to propose the most appropriate solution to achieve short, medium and long-term client objectives.
• This will include planning, budgeting, proposals, pitches, meetings, and workshops where you will be required to detail paid social advertising strategies to address client requirements working across multiple paid social advertising platforms.
• Conduct and submit social media and paid social advertising audits providing insight into the historic and current status of prospect and client activity
• Understand the client’s business and contribute to ideation sessions to ensure that creative content engages our client’s audience
• Develop and deliver social media and paid social advertising strategies to achieve client objectives and target KPIs within the allocated timescales and budget
• Prepare and provide regular analysis and reporting to clients (weekly, monthly quarterly as appropriate) in person on via telephone/video conferencing in conjunction with the relevant account manager
• Develop and deliver effective influencer marketing campaigns, working with micro and macro bloggers to create engaging content for clients
• Work closely with our digital designers providing insight to enable the creation of engaging, on-brand content for clients’ social media channels

necessary from time to time to meet customer demands

Personnel Specification
Essential Criteria Desirable Criteria
Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Communications or similar English-related degree.
Facebook Certified Professional Google AdWords Certified Other Digital Marketing Qualification
Experience & Skills 2 years’ experience in a paid social advertising role
Social Media Experience of managing consumer facing and corporate social media accounts Active participant on main social networks
Paid social advertising Experience executing results driven campaigns on paid social advertising platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Blogger Outreach & Influencer Marketing Experience in outreach and working with bloggers on content collaborations, managing the relationship and monitoring success
Other Criteria Excellent creative English writing skills Experience in the use of social media analytics and insights, as well Google analytics and other website monitoring software

Hubspot or similar marketing tools
§ Experience working
with the travel, food & drink industries
§ Experience in
communicating and creating content with Copy Clear and/or Drinkaware.co.uk in regulation in mind

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Able to communicate digital marketing concepts clearly and unambiguously
