I have worked in management positions about 15 years, both private and public
sector. All positions have consisted full responsibility on top management;
organisational, financial, and HR leadership, as well as business and services
management and development. In each position I have been acting as
development and change manager, hence duties have consisted organizational
changes and / or re-building of organizational tasks. Management results have
been good or excellent with various measures in all vacancies bringing
organisations to strong growth or towards vision otherwise.
My scientific background provides knowhow to technology, nature science,
education and training, as well as consultancy. I have masters in physics and
computing, and my doctoral dissertation consist of physical modelling of systems,
digital signal processing, virtual technologies, sound synthesis, and human-
computer interaction.
I am extrovert interplayer, powerful decision-maker, social networker, genuine,

I have good ICT skills. Office, media and communication software, CRM and
business software skills are strong, as well as social media tools. During studies
and research, I have learnt several programming languages and environments
(such as C++, UNIX, Matlab, LabView, VisualBasic and VisualC++).
