1916 / Refit 1985"Joseph Conrad" underwent a massive refit to include new masts and spars in 1985.

12. COMMENTS

A unique vessel built to extremely high standards as a Sailing freight ship. Converted to aMotor vessel in 1923 and restored starting in 1978 back into a private Sailing yacht by hercurrent owner. She offers a comfortable interior and yet has kept her timeless lines. Herrigging was redesigned by Elvström in 1991 to ensure optimum sailing performance. Thevessel is lying in the Mediterranean and is seriously for sale.
