Even though there is evidence to point the finger at others around Anos, the strongest evidence points to Lyan D. Vios.
Hypothesis
Was not the last to see him alive Was cooperative with the police Found ways to motivate Anos to live Had the best of both worlds – rich hubby,
comfortable life style, entertaining companion
Was very attentive to Anos Had a depression problem
Facts on Golda:
Was too much of an airhead to concoct a scheme as elaborate as this
Would not have left her phone behind Could have easily been knocked out by her
own sleeping pills Had nothing to gain other than lose her job Took care of Anos

Was out of town Was a childhood friend of Anos Was a business partner of Anos Was there for Anos throughout his recovery Anos was more valuable to him alive Took Anos accident hard

Arrived at Anos’ house before 6:00 a.m. to meet with Golda.
Is lying about the time he arrived in the statement with officer Jones
Was the last to see Anos alive the night before Took care of the books and therefore knew how
much money Anos really had Could have easily taken Golda’s pills and spiked
Anos’ coffee or drink
Conclusion: Lyan D. Vios committed the murder.
Was one of Anos’ business partner which is another reason he had access to Anos’ assets
Was having or wanted to have a relationship with Golda and Anos had just changed his will to have her be his sole beneficiary.
Could have easily taken Ima’s phone and planted it under Anos
