Juggling and Ball Mastery Program is designed to:

• Start with basic juggling. 1+ hour a week dedicationconsisting of 20‐30 minute juggling sessions 3 daysa week.
• Set a goal to get 300-500 juggling touches persession, this can be accomplished usually in20-30 minutes.
• Once you start to get comfortable keeping theball up see how many touches you can get in20-30 minutes.
• Once you start the Ball Mastery Program, go inorder based on the programs levels and stages.DON'T JUMP AHEAD.
