Terms and Conditions:
• This Competition to be conducted under rules of Royal Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing.
• Last to Enter, First to Dance – All Events. No entries accepted on the day. • Competitors must produce 2020 Registration Cards upon registration. • Age groups will be determined by entries, with the exception of Championship • Championships will be conducted concurrently. • If any of the age groups in the North Island of New Zealand Championships do
not have 6 competitors, the class will still be held but the Championship Title will not be given. Prize Money will still be awarded but North Island of New Zealand Championship Trophies or sashes will not.
• All place-getters in Championships are required to be dressed in KILT for trophy presentation
• Judge's decision is final.

• Photographs may be published in Newspapers and/or the Worldwide Web for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for your dancer to be included, please remove them from the photograph.
• When taking Photographs and videos please only take of your dancer. Please ensure that they do not include any other dancer who may be competing at the same time.
• Strathmore Secretary is to be notified IMMEDIATELY of change of classification or if unable to compete after submitting an entry – a medical certificate is required for refund.
• Dancers compete at their own risk • Order of events are subject to change. • Entries only accepted online via HD Comps • Dancers who do not compete in the Championship may compete in the Julie
Appleton-Seymour Memorial Competition. Dancers who do not compete in the Julie Appleton-Seymour Memorial Award may compete in the Championship.
All perpetual trophy winners from the 2018 North Island Championship and JAS Memorial Awards MUST return these trophies to Strathmore
Highland dancing no later than the 20th April 2020. These are NOT to be returned on the day. Please make arrangements sooner.
