Venue LocationsCeremony Venue: Sand Dune Our signature venue is a beautiful location overlooking our serene turquoise waters. Our Sand Dune area, shaded with lush sea grapes, opens up to reveal a stunning ocean view right where you meet to say I do. Our Sand Dune ceremony area can accommodate up to 200 guests Grand Ballroom Our 4,500-square-foot Sailfish Ballroom boasts 13’6” foot ceilings allowing for extensive staging, set up and décor. This elegant Jupiter Beach wedding venue is decorated in rich gold, mahogany, and turquoise tones along with distinctive wall sconces and decorative mirrors. The Grand Ballroom can host up to 220 guests for your reception. Veranda and Terrace Located directly next to our tropical wildlife preserve, The Terrace offers a stylish outdoor setting for dinner receptions. As this is an outdoor venue, there is no air-conditioning or heating available. The Terrace is “L” shaped and also offers our covered Veranda, which boasts spectacular pool, and ocean view. As an additional bonus, our outdoor venue is also connected to the Marlin Room, which we can transform into a lounge environment for dancing and socializing. The Terrace can accommodate up to 90 guests for your reception. Marlin Room At 1,025 square feet, the Marlin Room is a perfect fit for intimate wedding receptions at our Palm Beach resort. This distinctive venue features a wall of windows that invite natural sunlight and beautiful views of our tropical pool area. The Marlin Room can accommodate up to 50 guests with an intimate sized dance floor. Sinclair’s Ocean Grill Overlooking the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, our Sinclair’s Ocean Grill is the perfect place to celebrate in South Florida style. Our floor to ceiling windows overlook palm trees and sparkling blue waters of the ocean and pool. This venue offers hardwood floors, wood-top tables, and a soft seafoam blue color palette. This venue is able to be rented out with a buyout fee, but subject to blackout dates. Sinclair’s Ocean Grill can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Frequently Asked Questions• Do you offer a Block of Guest Rooms? Yes! We can arrange for a room block, which provides your guests with a

discounted rate & special code to book with. The Resort will provide a suite upgrade for the bride & groom with payment of base group rate.

• How do I reserve the date? We offer first-come, first-serve for booking event space. Contact us with the date you are

interested in and we can send you an Event Agreement which needs to be signed & returned within 5 days.

• When are deposits due? o The initial deposit will be for $2,500 and is due with a signed contract. o A 2nd deposit will be taken 8 months prior to the event (may vary depending on how far out event is booked), this

deposit will be for 50% of your estimated total. o A 3rd deposit will be taken 1 month prior to event. This will be 75% of your estimated total. o Final payment is due 5 days prior to event, when final guest counts are provided

• Do you offer tastings? The Resort hosts two grand tastings per year, where all of our Brides & Grooms are invited at

once for an opportunity to experience our Chef’s quality of food and presentation. You are able to have a total of (4) people attend (1) tasting. The Resort does not offer individual tastings.

Menu Questions: • Is the price different for Children, and Young Adults?

o Toddlers (Ages 0-3) typically do not require a meal, but we include seating for them o Children (Ages 3-12) are $35++ each, and receive Chicken Tenders, French Fries, & Fruit o Young Adults (Ages 13-20) receive a small discount of $15.00 from the adult price, they receive an adult meal

• Do I need to provide a meal to my vendors? Vendor Meals are available for vendors working throughout your

reception. They are available at $45++ per person. It is chef’s choice of hot meal.

• Do you offer options for Vegetarian, Vegan, & Gluten Free guests? Yes! We can accommodate any dietary needs.

• When do guests choose their entrée? You will need to include entrée choices on your response cards that are sent with your Invitations. Guests will select their meal ahead of time. We do not offer table-side ordering.

• Do I make Place Cards or does the Hotel? You are responsible for making place cards. They must be labeled with the guest’s meal choice & table number they are assigned to.

Frequently Asked QuestionsRoom Setup:

• Vendors: Any vendor not on our Preferred Vendors List must provide a Certificate of Insurance due 1 month before the wedding.

• What linens are provided? Tablecloth & napkins are included in all of our wedding packages. We provide floor-length linens for all tables including guest tables, sweetheart table, cake table, place-card table, gift table, cocktail tables, etc. Each price point does vary as to what specifically is included.

• How many people are at a table? We use round tables and have 3 different sizes available. You can use a mixture of different sizes if needed.

o 60” accommodates 6-8 people o 66” accommodates 8-10 people o 72” accommodates 11-12 people

• Do you supply the arch & runner for the ceremony? No, the resort does not provide décor items such as an arch or

runner. You can rent these items from an outside vendor, such as a florist.

• What chairs are included? Our wedding packages include Chiavari Chairs which come with a cushion. You may select a color for the chair, they come in: Silver, Gold, Black, White, Clear, Light Natural Wood, & Mahogany Wood.

Miscellaneous:

• Can we do a Rehearsal Ceremony? Yes, we would be happy to schedule a rehearsal ceremony a day or two before the wedding. Your officiant and wedding planner should also be present at this time. The latest we can conduct them is at 4:30pm.

• Can we receive an early check-in? Check in is at 4:00pm. The resort cannot guarantee early check in. It is highly recommended that you reserve two nights in the same hotel room, the night before your wedding & the night of your wedding.

• Does the Hotel provide "Day-Of” Wedding Coordination? No. However, our vendor list contains Full Service & Day-Of Wedding Planners that can provide additional support.

• Can I do Welcome Gift Bags for Guests staying at the Resort? Yes! Our Bell Staff can deliver your welcome bags as guest arrive for a charge of $4.00 each for generic bags or $6.00 each for name specific bags. The gift bags cannot be passed out at the Front Desk.
