Tham gia thc tp ti Ban d n ca hng thc phm Co.op Food, em quyt nh chn ti Nghin cu v o lng sc khe thng hiu ca chui ca hng thc phm an ton tin li Co.op Food hin ti.

Xc nh hnh nh, tnh cch thng hiu trong nhn thc ca ngi tiu dng. Nghin cu hiu qu tip cn : tng ngn sch truyn thng hay iu chnh k hoch truyn thng? Tng khuyn mi hay tng dng th min ph? Tng cng hnh nh thng hiu hay iu chnh gi bn? o lng hiu qu truyn thng: nn xem xt li thng ip hay xem xt li cc knh truyn thng t hiu qu tt hn?

CHNG II C S L THUYT2.1 L thuyt v thng hiu: 2.1.1 Khi nim thng hiu:Trong lch s pht trin, c hai quan im v thng hiu (TH). Quan im truyn thng ra i trc v tn ti n th k 20. Quan im tng hp ra i sau (cui th k 20) v hin ang c p dng vo thc tin. Quan im truyn thng v thng hiu tn ti trong mt khong thi gian kh di cng vi s ra i v pht trin ca ngnh tip th. Chn mu phn tng (stratified sampling)
