Commissioner Ministry of Environment and Natural

abundant solid minerals that are in high demand in the
Global market. As a way forward this year, apart from the

sector in the development of mineral resources such as
Gold, Columbite, Cassiterite, Talc, Feldspar and Graphite,
the government is unrolling its plans for more investors to
come and partner with it for mutual benefits. Kaduna State
has become the quarry capital in Nigeria with over 300
quarry titles, therefor the State Government is ready to
offer information and assistance needed to support
prospective investors in these key areas.

country.
The moderator of the session Aliyu Mamman (CEO 3M Geo

about 439 (30%) titles in terms of nation's mining titles
since 2006. The key minerals that have been applied for in
terms of numbers are Granite, Gold, Lead, Zinc and Sand.
Therefore, this indicate the fact that investors have more
