• Create Target groups using Query Tool which is integrated to multiple data sources– Purchase history– Customer care history

• Containing email clicks, bounces and opened email• Posted mails• Called phonecalls• etc

– Planned actions– Web site behaviour

• Bring and integrate prospect lists and Kayak Target Groups to queries

• Each queries are dynamic (Query customers who agreement will end on next month)

• Queries can include multiple queryphases with multiple operations

• Use other queries as query phase of other query
