2015 Letter of Recommendation: Kelly Bill To Whom It May Concern” The following letter of recommendation is being written on behalf of Kelly Bill. Mrs. Bill has been employed at the Johnson County Family Crisis Center (JCFCC) as a residential advocate since August 2012. The JCFCC is an emergency shelter and outreach center for survivors of family violence and sexual assault. I am the shelter director for the crisis center and serve as Kelly’s supervisor. Mrs. Bill is extremely patient with the clients and provides a calming factor when interacting with them. Kelly’s position is grant funded and she is required to maintain confidentiality and accurate record keeping. Mrs. Bill is expected to shift gears many times during her shift as her job is multi-faceted. Kelly conducts crisis intervention with clients, advocates for victims, offers resources to better help their situation, and is a great listener. Ms. Bill answers hotline calls, performs intakes on new residents, monitors client’s medication, among other daily tasks. She is very reliable and is willing to work extra shifts whenever she is needed. She is dependable and will go above and beyond her duties.
