Work History:

Seadrill bought Scorpion out in January 2011. I continued working as night tool pusher and promoted to OIM August 20ll. In April 2013, I requested a transfer to get into deepwater drilling. From April 2013 through August 2015, I worked as night tool pusher on the West Sirius, a semi-submersible in the Gulf of Mexico. The West Sirius stacked in August 2015 and I am currently available for work.

Hired with Scorpion in August 2007 as a Day tool pusher, promoted to night tool pusher in 2009 to 20ll.

Tool Pusher duties include:

- Supervising/coordinating activities of workers engaged in drilling oil wells.- Directed workers on how to safely erect, dismantle, and move drilling rigs.- Ordered equipment and parts as needed.- Directed crews in mixing and circulating drilling mud into the boreholes, and use of special drilling muds needed to prevent blowouts.- Responsible for scheduling/training personnel in safety, environmental & job related duties- Supervised personnel in day to day operations.- Worked to assist creation and maintaining of monthly operational budget.- Various other duties.

OIM duties included:

- All duties listed above for Tool Pusher- Manage the monitoring of all onboard equipment and systems usage, supervise testing and inspection of critical equipment and systems, ensure that the various limits for operational parameters are maintained/observed.- Monitor and enable execution of Preventative Maintenance Plans for all equipment. Participate in daily maintenance meetings.- Organize and supervise the activities of drilling, marine, maintenance, safety as well as all the other departments and ensure that all procedures including rig-specific procedures are understood and followed by all personnel onboard.- Communicate with operations personnel, senior management, and client (when appropriate) regarding daily & monthly operations. Provide after action reports as jobs are completed.- Offer process improvement ideas to management.- Various other duties.

ENSCO purchased Penrod in 1993 and I remained with the company and promoted to driller. I worked as a driller for ENSCO for over 10 1/2 years.

Driller duties included:

- Maintained operational control over rig floor and overall drilling operation under management direction.- Ensured well control for on-going drilling operations, and maintained safe operating conditions for all rig personnel/company assets within the area.- Responsible for training of personnel in safety, environmental and job related duties.- Supervised all drilling operations/crews.

Rehired with Penrod in 1992, Penrod: 1981 - 1987

Education/Certifications:

Meridian Jr. College, Meridian, MS - Completion of 6 month welding vocational course. Received certificate in March 1979.
