Under God’s leadership, a successful Sunday School depends primarily on the
people who are enlisted to lead and the way they are
enlisted.
Two major factors in successful enlistment are:– the proper approach and – approaching the right people.
Nothing can replace theone-on-one personal approach.
Adapt these tips to the needs and procedures of your church.

commitment.

the leader’s guide for the age group in which he or she is

observation. Invite the prospective leader to observe
on Sunday morning in a well-organized department or
class.
