ElaborationDeep stitch = work a knit stitch in the stitch from the previous row, i.e. the stitch directly belowthe stitch on the needle.

CUFFCo 37 (43) sts with circular needle 3.0 mm (US 2.5) and 1 thread of Highland Wool and 1thread of Diablo. K 1 row (WS).

Row 1, RS: K3, 1 deep st, *k5, 1 deep st*, repeat from * to * until 3 sts remain, k3.Row 2, WS: K all sts.Repeat rows 1-2 until the work measures 7 cm (2.8’’).End with a WS row.

HAND PIECEIn this part, only work with 1 thread of Highland Wool.Row 1, RS: K3, *1 deep st, k2*, repeat from * to * until 3 sts remain, k3.Row 2, WS: K all sts.Repeat rows 1-2 until the work measures 15 cm (5.9’’).End with a WS row.

FINISHINGFold each wrist warmer lengthwise. Sew the side seam from the cuff 10 cm / 4’’ down, skip 5cm / 2’’ (thumb hole) and sew the rest (4 cm / 1.6’’) together.
