The series is the poetic and dreamy representation of a childlike world, in which sweet colorful creatures live. The cute and candid Dixi, the small winged elephant who is the protagonist of the story, joins the other creatures as they experience joy, fun and problems. Dixi, helped by the small creatures that inhabit

the fantastic world of Dixiland, faces both small and large life challenges such as being able to accept himself, moodiness, and the embarrassment of first love. “Amita of the Jungle” is an animated series for children between 4 and 7 years old. This series talks about the adventures of Amita, a child who lives in a magic world in which men and animals can still speak together. A 38’ one-man animated short film based on the real story of Ilaria Alpi, an Italian journalist who was killed in Mogadishu (Somalia) on 1994 together with her camera operator Miran Hrovatin. At the time of their murder, they were investigating on a case of weapon and toxic waste traffic between Western and developing countries, in which the institutions were involved together with criminality. The story follows the last weeks of life of the

journalist and her cameramen, starting with the interview to an Italian diplomat, then following the two in Bosaso, in the northern Somalia, where they go deep into their investigation discovering the names of people involved into the affair. Once they return to Mogadishu to put together the result of their research, a seven-man commando unit is ready to eliminate them. The case is still ongoing in Italy and younger generation must be made aware of it.

Bing is a nice small white and pink little animal. The Star of Andra and Tati tells the true story of the Bucci sisters, Andra and Tatiana, who were deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau with their family at the age of 4 and 6 years old during World War II. Separated from the mother, grandmother and aunt, they are sent to a “Kinderblok” with their young cousin, Sergio. Although precious family members are lost along the way, due to their own vigilance and the care of another sympathetic inmate

assigned to oversee fellow prisoners, the sisters manage to survive until the liberation of the camp. After transfer to Prague, and then to England, the sisters are finally reunited with their parents in Italy. Andra and Tati’s story is intertwined with the experience of a modern day school trip to that same concentration camp, which gives their lives and what they endured contemporary significance 75 years later.
