KINDERGARTEN ENROLMENTS FOR 2018 - It is the time of the year where we start asking for
Enrolment Forms for students who live within our school boundaries who will be commencing Kindergarten in
2018.
Parents who have children who will be commencing in Kindergarten in 2018 are asked to obtain an Enrolment
Form from the office. Staffing for 2018 is based on our predicted enrolment figures so accurate information is
required. It would be appreciated if this information could be brought to the attention of any neighbours who
have a child ready to start Kindergarten next year and live within our enrolment boundaries. We would like
completed Enrolment Forms returned to the office by the end of this term. Your assistance in this area would be
greatly appreciated.
When you return your Enrolment Form to the office you will need to provide the following documents:
Birth Certificate or Passport
Up to date Immunization (showing ‘all vaccines required by 5 years of age’ appearing on the bottom of

KINGS LANGLEY VEGETABLE PATCH NEWS
BUNNINGS Seven Hills has kindly donated stir fry vegetables for our school. This is a fabulous support for our annual vegetable patch planting.
They have provided free vegetable seedlings including broccoli, lettuce, pak choy, wom bok and many more to plant in our school vegetable patch.
Year Two Gardening Club students enjoyed planting these seedlings during Term 2. They will care for the vegetables throughout Term 3.
Kindergarten students then harvest and cook the vegetables. They are learning about farm animals and crops. The students are always so excited to watch the changes in the vegetable patch and see the different vegetables grow.
This program helps support caring for our environment and healthy eating.
A huge THANKS to BUNNINGS Seven Hills for donations to help make this annual program its usual success.
Thanks, Mrs Peagram, Mrs De Kauwe and Mrs Carpenter
