Kirsty Lief aims to offer a range of simple and unique handmade jewellery that you can wear everyday, created with minimalism and affordability in mind

Current Snapshot •Launched in October 2017 but it's been a very slow start

•There are small competitors like Ernest + Joe, a Geelong based jewellery business whose products are slightly higher priced than Kirsty Lief but still very affordable, Leif by Amy Louise and BLT jewellery, also in Geelong

•Currently getting some sales from Etsy but not been active in FB and Instagram

Empathy Map –Target Market 1 (female)Think and Feel ?

-I have different moods so would like to wear different accessories whenever I feel like it but it will be expensive for sure-I like Pandora and Swarovski but they are too much for everyday wear especially that I’m also busy with household chores- It’s how I wear it, no matter what the price is-Oh I love simple and shiny things-What am I gonna get from him on my birthday?

Hear? - They said that you don’t have to wear something expensive to make you look good- They said that you can find tips for mixing and matching your clothes and accessories from Social Media-Even if you wear simple clothes, having a nice “cherry on top” will make a big difference-My friends mentioned about Social Media as their source of info when it comes to new fashion and trends-My boyfriend is asking me what gift do I want

See?- See a lot of nice clothes and accessories available on Social Media using my mobile (iPhone) phone (mostly iPhone users based on Google Analytics)- Whenever in the mall see a lot of displays and promotions from Pandora, Swarovski and other jewellery shops especially when there’s a new collection or event-A lot women around are wearing accessories that goes nice with their clothes-I got an email on the new collection of Jewellery-This famous celebrity wears a very nice necklace

Say or Do?- I want to wear something unique today where do I begin?- I want to see what’s new in fashion, I will check the internet-No reason. I just want to wear jewelleries-I want share this new find with my friends-I like the email that I got about the latest collection of Jewellery, I want to buy it or maybe …someone will give it me?

Pain- It will cost me money- There are a lot of options but I don’t know which one I want-I like this, oh I like this too…wait.. I think I like them all-Will it match?-Will it go out of fashion?-How often can I use this?

Gain-Satisfaction of feeling beautiful-Feeling comfortable on what I’m wearing-I have something new to share to my friends-I can afford to buy more since it’s not that expensive-I can mix and match and wear wear more clothes even simple ones

Think and Feel ?-I want to make her happy. I wonder what to give her this time- No matter what she wears, it looks good on her-She loves simple and shiny things-Even if she’s busy with work, she always wants to make sure she looks nice-Speaking of work, I want to give her something special but I don’t have much time to do some research

● Continue regular posting on FB and Instagram – run a contest or any promo to engage them – video posts may also be considered (how to)

● Consider re-running the ads with different offers since it has proven the channels’ effectivity in this business

● Run another Instagram Ad using Mailchimp lookalike audience upon reaching 500 subscribers

● Regular EDM after increasing # of subscribers to create interest● SEO
