The usage of the Military Police structures in the hole spectrum of modern operations

The new trends of evolution and the new challenges of the modern security environment demand some new answers and solutions. Strongly related to the globalisation and the new revolution in military affairs , these new conditions force the rethinking, at a conceptual, structural and actional level, of some concepts and traditional principels just like adapting them to the new reality. In this context , the latest developments regarding the modernization of the Military Police structures from the Romanian Armed Forces are underway and indentify the proper solutions to maximize engagement of these highly specialized units in Full Spectrum Operations.If we analize the misions and structures of the Military Police in N.A.T.O. members or parteners, we see that the military activities done by the Military Police units of the Romanian Army are similar, excepting the structure, organization and equipment, all having as a basic objective the law and order obedience by the military, the guidence of the military vehicles, antiterorist protection of staff and participation in peace support operations.
