Institution encourages faculty to undertake inter departmental research and disseminate the research outcomes in the form of publications.

The faculty have been successful in publishing papers in some the reputed national and international journals. One of the publications of the

institution that would be worth mentioning would be the article that appeared in “Cell” that has a impact factor of 33. The faculty members

of the institution have been actively involved in writing books and book chapters. Faculty member have published books and book chapter in

some of well known National and International publishers such as Taylor and Franics, USA, Elsevier Inc., Orient Longman, Lap Plambert

Academic Publishing Co., CBS Publishers & Distributors. One of the articles of the institution that was published in year 2012 has been

listed in the top ten most cited papers in “Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy” (Informa Health Sciences). The institution has

encouraged faculty members to patent their innovations. A total of three Indian patents have been filed during the last five years.
