    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

    A project is a scientific and systematic study of real issues on a problem

    with the application of management concept and skills. The study can

    deal with small or big issues in any division of an organization. It can

    be case study where a problem has been dealt with, through the process

    of management. The essential equipment of a project this that, it should

    contain scientific collection of data, analysis and interpretation of data

    leading to valid conclusion.

    Project is an essential part in BBA curriculum. It enables the student to

    share the real experience in industry & Market. My project has placed in

    Market Research.

    The topic of my project was CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF

    RELIANCE COMMUNICATION IN WESTERN UP REGION.

    I collected the data regarding customer satisfaction implemented by the

    company and its impact on sales on sales of the products in western up

    Region specially Meerut market.

    This project report tends to give a sharp picture of the telecom industry

    and Reliance Communications as well..

    The objective of this project is to study the problem faced by the

    respondent with reliance post paid services.

    The SWOT Analysis of this project is the strength is the Reliance

    decided to be a value driver , selling novel product benefit, and the

    weakness is Reliance has less number of retailers, the opportunities it can

    take the market very well with the new investment $ 143 millions and the

    threaths a large amount of expenses on advertisment.

    I hope, this study can be of some help to the telecom industry of his

    product and service
