  • Soojusallikad

    Asula katlamajja on paigaldatud ainult ks, tugevasti ledimensioneeritud (tnast olukorda arvestades) vimsusega veesoojenduskatel. Selleks katlaks on 1981 aastal ehitatud leeksuitsutorukatel Witermo nominaalvimsusega 4,0MW. Tnaste tegelike soojuskoormuste korral piisaks 2MWst maksimaalsest soojusvimsusest arvutuslikul vlishu temperatuuril 22oC. Ktusena kasutatakse looduslikku gaasi, reservktuse kasutamise vimalus puudub. Katlamaja aasta keskmine kasutegur oli perioodil 20002002 vahemikus 9194%.

    Teiseks ja htlasi reservsoojusallikaks on linna kaugkttevrk, millega asula tarbijad (sise kaugkttevrk) on hendatud majas12 paikneva soojusslme (soojusvaheti) kaudu.

  • Soojustarbijad

    Asula kaugkttevrku on hendatud 13 hoonet.

    Tarbijate projekteeritud kttekoormus on 1144kW, ventilatsiooni koormus 851kW ja sooja tarbevee maksimaalne koormus 675kW. Summaarne maksimumkoormus seega 2670kW.

    Viimaste aastate (20002002.a.) tegeliku soojustarbimise alusel saadi ktte ja ventilatsiooni koormuseks 1190kW arvutuslikul vlishutemperatuuril 22 oC, sooja tarbevee keskmiseks koormuseks aga 103kW, kusjuures maksimum vib ulatuda 309kWni. Vana soojusvrgu soojuskao vimsuseks saadi 340kW arvutuslikul temperatuuril 22oC. Seega katlamaja summaarne vimsus vib ulatuda 1,63MWni arvutuslikul vlishutemperatuuril 22oC.

    Peale kaugkttevrgu tarbijate asub asulas rida eraldiseisvaid vikemaju mida ketakse elektriga.

  • Soojusvrk

    Asula kaugkttevrgu kogupikkus on 2047m, millest kahetorussteemi 1739m ja neljatorussteemi 308m. Neljatorussteemi soojuskadu on oluliselt suurem, kui kahetorussteemil. Soojusvrgu torud on ledimensioneeritud.

    Vrgu soojuskadu vib vheneda 3,4 korda, juhul, kui vana kaugkttevrk asendatakse uue eelisoleeritud torudest maaaluse soojusvrguga.

    Vana maaaluse soojusvrgu soojusisolatsiooni (kokkupaakunud klaasvatt) soojusjuhtivusteguriks on 0,129W/(m K).

    Olemasoleva kaugkttevrgu suhteline soojuskadu praeguse soojustarbimise mahu korral vib ulatuda 25%ni aastas.

  • Soojustarbimise lhituleviku prognoos

    Lhitulevikus vib olemasolevatele hoonetele lisanduda maja 14. Selle maja soojustarbimine vib olla vrreldav olemasoleva maja 12 soojustarbimisega. Maja 14 summaarseks hinnanguliseks kttekoormuseks vib tulla ~300kW arvutuslikul vlishu temperatuuril22oC.

    Samal ajal, juhul kui olemasolevat kaugkttevrku rekonstrueeritakse, vheneb kaugkttevrgu soojuskadu ligikaudu 3,4 korda. Praegune soojuskao vimsus on 340kW, aga uue soojusvrgu soojuskao vimsus tuleb 100kW arvutuslikul vlishu temperatuuril 22oC. Vimalik soojuskoormuse vhenemine soojuskadude arvelt vib olla 240kW.

    Olemasolevate hoonete soojustarbimine vib tulevikus ka vheneda, juhul, kui paigaldatakse lisasoojustust ja uuendatakse aknad-uksed. Renoveeritud majade kttevajadus vib olla piirides 4050kWh/(m3 aastas). Asula vanad hooned tarbivad praegu keskmiselt 108kWh/(m3 aastas) - seega kaks korda rohkem, kui korralikult renoveeritud (soojustatud) majad. Peale kikide olemasolevate hoonete renoveerimist vib kttekoormus maksimaalselt vheneda kaks korda: 1190kWlt kuni 595kWni.

    Asula arengukava jrgi lisanduvad eeloleva kmne aasta jooksul jrgmised objektid:

    Maja 14 valmib juba lhitulevikus, 1-5 aasta jooksul.

    Maja 15 valmib jrgmise 5-10 aasta jooksul.

    Maja 16 valmib jrgmise 5-10 aasta jooksul.

    Maja 17 valmib jrgmise 5-10 aasta jooksul.

    Maja 18 valmib lhima 5-10 aasta jooksul.

    Maja 19 valmib 5-10 aasta jooksul.

    Maja 20 orienteeruv valmimisaeg 5-10 aasta jooksul.
