Exercise let us to be fit and healthy.Some benefits are: Keep you fit. Keep your heart healthy. Help our muscles and bones. Give us more energy. Help us to sleep better.It´s interesting to practice at least 30 minutes a day.Some interesting sports for younger are: running, skipping, cycling, football, dancing or swimming.

Sport is healthy. It has got a lot or benefits, for example to keep us fit. It´s good for our muscles and bones, it gives us more energy...We practise sport when we go on walk together (family), play at the park..., we dance music in class or with friends (at school)...or by ourselves in the pool, etc.We help different systems of our body, for example: the locomotion, respiratory or circulatory.During this week we have pay attention to our exercise: walk with my dog, play football, swim...Good exercise and good food means a longer life.
