WHAT IS LADRIVING?

Louisiana Drunk Driving Data Management (LADRIVING) is an automated DWI Processing System that streamlines the manner in which DWI arrests are recorded in the state of Louisiana. The existing process for documenting DWI arrests is paper-based, inefficient and costly for law enforcement and other criminal justice entities. The LADRIVING system provides a standardized electronic interface for all Louisiana Law Enforcement Officers to enter, process, review, approve, query and report DWI arrest data.

What LADRIVING Is Not?LADRIVING is not a DWI tracking system. Data flows are one way; to the Prosecutor’s Case Management System and to OMV. Dispositions are not returned to LADRIVING from the Prosecutor’s and suspension and revocation information is not returned to LADRIVING from OMV.
