• After house hold survey with the help of BNV’s
• and PRA through a process of Micro planning
• The team will meet to prepare Village development plan(Perspective or Vision Plan and Annual Action plan)
• The funds required for development will be met from concerned scheme and department with a process of convergence
• The awareness and hand holding with rural HHs will be handed over to BNVs
