1. A company has 3 (three) factories producing Filling Cabineet respectively located in
the city of 1, 2, and 3 with annual production capacity of each plant is:
Factory 1 = 1,000 units
Factory 2 = 1.200
Factory 3 = 800 units
Total Production = 3,000 units (Qs)
The company received orders from three (3) pieces of agencies / offices located in the
cities A, B, and C. which each require:
Agencies A = 1,400
Agencies B = 700 units
Agencies C = 850 units
Total Demand = 2,950 units (Qd)
From the analysis of the data obtained by the company regarding the shipping cost per
unit Filling Cabinet from each plant to each agency following:

Find the solution by using :

b. Least Cost
c. Vogel Approximation Method
