This range has solutions for all services including Water, Deionized, Demineralized Pure Water, Reverse Osmosis, Fume Cupboard Fittings, Non Burning and Burning Gases. The range has been engineered for superior performance and durability and is available in Brass and Stainless Steel construction.

Fine Control Needle Valve is standard for technical gases (2.0). High purity product solution available on request

Gentec has a large range of Outlet Fittings - Serrated Nozzle Ends, Aerators, Spouts. Special make fittings to suit the application can be manufactured to suit the customer and projects needs.

Technology The technology used in our products allow for flexible and modular layouts in a laboratory. This allows work areas to be adaptable to facilitate different processes.

The anti-corrosive plastic coating is made of Polyamide 11, which is notably resistant to base chemicals, seawater, saline environments, oils, greases, aromatic solvents, organic acids, diluted mineral acids and aliphatic solvents. The material will withstand boiling water and provides durable adhesion while also resisting fungi, microorganisms and product frost growth.

Water Fitting Optional - Ceramic disc is an alternate method, must be ordered on request

Vacuum, Compressed Air and other Gases and Fluids - These valves have a Teflon washer with an exchangeable brass seat, with a screw pitch of 0.75mm which finely regulates the flow rate

Fittings for Special Water - We have 100% plastic or stainless steel taps for special water such as distilled water. In both cases the headwork are made from plastic

Special Productions - Through our modular production system, we can custom make products to suit customer requirements
