Spectrophotometers only provide correct results if they are calibrated regularly. With UV/Vis calibration standards from the accreditedHellma Calibration Laboratory, the traceability of calibrations to primary standards of the NIST (National Institute of Standards andTechnology) is assured. Thus internal quality requirements are stringently met and international correlation of results guaranteed.

Usually customers choose to recalibrate solid-based filters every 12 months for the first two years of use and every 24 monthsthereafter, recalibration of liquid-based filters not later than every 12 months.The recalibration interval should be determined by the user and depends on the laboratory environment and conditions of use.
