COMMERCIAL ROOF INSPECTION SERVICESWe’re experts at safely accessing all roof structures no matter how high and providing a detailed Roof Inspection or providing safe accessfor the customer representative.
LADDER ASSISTA Ladder Assist begins when one of our expert inspectors meets the Adjuster or Engineer onsite. We’re there to access all roof types, no matter how steep or tall, and provide a detailed Roof Inspection Report in real-time. Our inspection is intended to allow the adjuster to make an accurate and complete settlement decision from relative safety so their focus remains on customer service and retention of the insured customer.
SOLO ROOF INSPECTIONSSettlement-Ready Inspection Reports for all roofing types, steep/tall, full exterior and interior with 24 hour Cycle Time or less. A Solo Inspection is performed by a Ladder Now Inspector for secure transmission to a Desk Adjuster. An appointment is scheduled with the homeowner and the insured’s Contractor when necessary. We'll provide a detailed findings report, summary, measurements and labeled photos in 24 hours or less from the date of inspection. Core Logic SkyMeasure Roof and Wall reports available as well.
ITEL SERVICESStandalone ITEL inspections or as an add-on to other inspections. We will Inspect with the ITEL app on composition roofs or collect a material sample and tarp the vacated space. All processing and shipping included.
EMERGENCY TARPINGWe provide fast response to sudden storm damage. When a storm strikes, we’ll be there to install temporary tarping to protect the home from further damage. Standalone or as an add-on with other inspection types.
