A desktop computer is a personal made for use on a desk computer in an office or home.
A laptop computer is a small mobile personal computer, which usually weights 4-12 pounds.

Usually laptop computer is more expensive than desktop computer.
You can buy the best quality Dell desktop computer(17inch monitor) for $870, and same quality laptop computer(15.4inch monitor) for $1160.

laptop computer. Laptop computer’s equipment is all put
together. People want to minimize laptop computer’s volume for portability.
Desktop’s equipment is all separate and they are bigger than laptop’s. It is speaker, keyboard, hard driver and monitor.
