Celebrated speakers you won’t want to miss. Having the skills, knowledge and mental strength to grow your practice are essential components in becoming Parker FIT. Parker Seminars Las Vegas 2019 features illustrious speakers sharing tips, information and discoveries in advanced treatment options, new technology, and busi-ness-based methods for successful practices. Don’t miss out on the chance to hear these keynote speakers:

• Dr. William Morgan, Parker Universi-ty President and “Chiropractor To The White House.” In 1998 Dr. Morgan was chosen to establish the first chiroprac-tic clinic at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, which later became Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. In 2015 Walter Reed recognized Dr. Morgan with its highest honor for clinical excellence, the Master Clinician’s Award. During the last 18 years at the military’s most prestigious medical centers he prac-ticed in an integrative setting, providing chiropractic care to the injured troops returning from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

• Daymond John, popularly known as “The People’s Shark.” Daymond has come a long way from waiting tables at Red Lobster to starting a clothing com-pany in his mother’s basement, turning a $40 budget into FUBU, a $6 billion fashion game-changer. An entrepreneur in every sense of the word, Daymond John is a co-star of ABC’s four-time Emmy-Award-Winning series, Shark Tank, a New York Times best-selling author, a branding guru, and a high-ly-sought-after motivational speaker. He is also a Presidential Ambassador For Global Entrepreneurship.

• Cal Ripken, Jr., Baseball Hall of Famer. Nicknamed “ The Iron Man” he played 21 years for the Baltimore

Orioles of Major League Baseball (1981-2001). A 19-time All Star and 2-time American League Most Valu-able Player, he is perhaps best known for breaking Lou Gehrig’s record for consecutive games played, a record that had stood for 56 years and that many deemed unbreakable. Cal Rip-ken, Jr. surpassed the mark on Sept- ember 6, 1995 by playing his 2,131st consecutive game, which fans later voted the “Most Memorable Moment” in MLB history.

• Dr. Stuart McGill, Professor Emeri-tus at the University of Waterloo where he was a professor for 30 years. His laboratory and experimental research clinic investigated issues related to the casual mechanisms of back pain, and how to rehabilitate back-pained people and enhance both injury and perfor-mance. Dr. McGill’s advice is much sought-after by governments, corpor- ations, legal experts, medical groups, and elite athletes and teams worldwide. His work encompasses more than 240 peer-reviewed scientific journal papers, several textbooks and many interna-tional awards, and he has mentored over 40 graduate students during this scientific journey.

• Dr. John Demartini, Founder of the Demartini Institute, a private research and education organization with a curriculum of over 72 courses covering multiple aspects of human develop-ment. Widely considered one of the world’s leading authorities on human behavior and personal development, Dr. Demartini’s trademarked method-ologies in human development, the Demartini Method and the Demartini Value Determination, are the cul-minations of more than 44 years of cross-disciplinary research and study and are utilized globally in human development industries.

And take the opportunity to rub elbows with and learn from other expert speak-ers, among them Eric Anderson, Jenna Davis, Don Dishman, William Esteb, Phyllis Frase-Charrette, Heidi Haavik, Craig Liebenson, Joseph Mercola, Lia Nightingale, Shawn Powers, Margie Smith, Jonathan Soltys, and Alicia Yo-chum, to name but a few in an exciting line-up of presentations.

It pays to attend. Understandably, it’s not always easy to quantify the benefits of attending an event such as this one

but one of the most important is the networking value, and most marketing experts would readily agree that net-working with colleagues is a key bene-fit. Where else would you find so many fellow practitioners facing the same issues that you face on a day-to-day basis? A premier convention and trade exposition such as Parker Seminars Las Vegas affords you the opportunity to discuss modern-day concerns and solutions; query your peers about areas of practice with which you may be unfa-

miliar; and the occasion to learn about a diversity of products, equipment, techniques and services that can help improve patient care and the success of your business. And since we all have our own areas of expertise, insight and ways of practicing, liaising with coll- eagues may offer you a variety of solu-tions to any number of challenges you may be undergoing, including perhaps some you’ve not yet encountered, and may also help clarify your vision about the direction in which you would like to take your practice.

Of course there is always so much going on at a conference that it can be challenging to stay focused on your reasons for attending. Avoid this prob-lem by remembering the following ways to get the most from your investment.

• Stay at the conference’s designated hotel. You really do need to be at the center of everything that the show has to offer as well as where you can most effectively expand your network. Plus you won’t waste valuable time getting back and forth to the event.

• Stay for the duration. You’ve commit-ted your time and you’ve invested the money so stay the course. You never know what valuable information or opp- ortunity you might miss by arriving late or leaving early.

• Thoroughly read the conference agen-da and select the sessions most likely to improve your knowledge and skills. Prioritize the seminars featuring topics you’ve not yet mastered.

• Engage and empower yourself. Be an active participant, ask questions and make comments. Taking such initiatives will do much to enhance your Parker Experience.

• Ask a colleague to be your conference

Within the first week that you’re back in your office after Parker Seminars Las Vegas, meet with your staff and share your experience with them: your renewed enthusiasm; what’s up-and-

coming and new and exciting in chiropractic; and the inspiration of attending sessions with top doctors in your profession.

buddy so you can share what you learn. It’s also advanta-geous to discuss presentations that only one of you attend-ed, thus doubling your learning.

• Buy the CD or DVD recordings of sessions. Do this even for the seminars you attend, to reinforce your learning. And bring plenty of business cards to help new acquaintances remember you. Also collect business cards for follow-up with colleagues, vendors and other business contacts.

• Make sure to visit the trade show where you’ll discover a wealth of products, equipment, techniques and services, with hands-on help from product experts and sales and marketing professionals. It’s also a great way of thanking these exhibitors whose booth fees help alleviate your cost of attending this event.

• Planning and executing an event like this one involves a lot of hard work, so take the time to meet and thank those who serve on the conference planning committee. They deserve your compliments for making this great experience possible.

• And perhaps most important of all, within the first week that you’re back in your office after Parker Seminars Las Vegas 2019, meet with your staff and share your experience with them: your renewed enthusiasm; what’s up-and-coming and new and exciting in chiropractic; and the inspiration of attending sessions with top doctors in your profession. En-thusiasm and passion are contagious. Sensed by patients the moment they walk in the door, this energy does much to set the tone for their visits and the care they receive, so it is essential that you share your Parker Experience and the fresh knowledge and outlook you’ve gained.

The host hotel, the charming Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, evokes romantic details of “The Real Paris” right down to the cobblestone sidewalks and half-scale replicas of the Eiffel Tower and Arc of Triumph. Even the building façades surrounding the casino are modeled after those of actual French neighborhoods. Located across the Strip from the Bellagio and a 9-minute walk from a Las Vegas monorail station, the hotel’s amenities include a large rooftop pool in a picturesque French-style garden, an indoor Parisian-style street with live entertainment and shopping areas, a lounge with dueling pianos, and nightclubs and several restaurants.

Parker Seminars Las Vegas 2019 presents you with a prime opportunity to fulfill CE credits and learn from celebrated ed-ucators and speakers in your field; the occasion to network with colleagues, old and new; and the benefit of a trade exposition showcasing a plethora of products, equipment, techniques and services.
