Ingredients

1 package Oreo cookies, crushed,

reserve 1 cup for topping

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 large package vanilla instant pudding

2 cups milk

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

1 tub (8 ounce) of Cool Whip

Directions

1. Mix together cookies and butter; press into a 9 by13-

inch pan.

2. Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese together, fold in

cool whip and put on cookie crust.

3. Then sprinkle with remaining cup of cookie crumbs

and freeze.

Ingredients

1 package cream cheese

1 cup peanut butter

12 ounces Cool Whip

3/4 cup sugar

1 chocolate crumb crust

10 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Directions

1. Combine the peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.

Add Cool Whip until smooth.

2. Pour half of mixture into crust. Top with 5 crumbled

Reese's cups.

3. Cover that with remaining mixture and crumble

4. Refrigerate overnight.

Crock Pot Chicken Paprika

Ingredients

12 pieces of chicken breast strips

(not entire breast)

4 medium sized potatoes, sliced

(skins left on by choice)

4 medium onions, peeled and sliced

1 cup water • 3 tablespoons oil • paprika

Directions

1. Place four chicken strips in the bottom of the

Crockpot. Sprinkle with paprika.

2. Cover chicken with a layer of potatoes and cover the

potatoes with layer of onions.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Then sprinkle generously

with Paprika.

4. Repeat until you have three complete layers.

5. Pour cup of water into Crockpot (down sides so not

to wash off the Paprika).

6. Cook on high temperature 6-8 hours.

Note: You can use different vegetables if you would like.

Carrot slices work well.

6 sheets rolled puff pastry

1 jar prepared basil pesto

(or homemade)

grated fresh parmesan cheese

4 ounces softened butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Grease baking trays.

3. Mix pesto with softened butter to form a spread.

4. Spread mixture over thawed puff pastry sheets evenly.

5. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

6. Use a star shaped cookie cutter to cut sheets into stars

and place on baking tray.

7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until risen and golden.

Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon soda

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 can evaporated milk

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions


2. Grease a 13x9 inch cake pan.

3. Mix together flour, sugar, eggs, pineapple, salt, and

soda.

4. Pour into prepared pan.

5. Sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped nuts.

6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

7. Heat milk, butter, and vanilla until butter is fully

melted. Pour over hot cake.

8. Glaze will not fully soak into cake.

Pumpkin Dump CakeIngredients1 can (29 ounce) pumpkin1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk1 1/2 cups granulated sugar4 eggs1/2 teaspoon salt1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon1/4 teaspoon cloves1/4 teaspoon ginger1 box yellow cake mix1 cup margarine1 cup pecans1 tub Cool Whip

Directions


2. Beat together pumpkin, milk, sugar and eggs. Add

salt, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well.

3. Pour into 13x9 inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix

evenly over top of pumpkin mixture.

4. Melt margarine and drizzle evenly over all.

5. Sprinkle on nuts.

6. Bake for 1 hour. Cool.

7. Top with Cool Whip.

Egg Souflè CasseroleIngredients

8 slices of bread, buttered and cubed,

divided

1 1/2 cups grated Swiss or Cheddar

cheese, divided

2 (4 ounce) cans slice mushrooms

6 ounces cooked ham, cubed

4 small green onions, thinly sliced, include tops

1 small jar chopped pimento

5 eggs beaten

2 1/2 cups milk

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions


2. Place half of the bread cubes in the bottom of a

9x13 inch baking dish.

3. Sprinkle with ham, onion and pimentos and half of

the grated cheese.

4. Cover with remaining bread cubes.

5. In medium bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt and

dry mustard; beat with rotary beater until well mixed

and pour over contents of casserole.

6. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until

top is lightly browned.

8. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into square

Oven Baked Spare RibsIngredients

2 pounds pork spareribs

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup ketchup

4 green peppers (diced or

sliced)

4 red peppers (diced or sliced)

2 orange peppers (diced or sliced)

2 large Spanish onions (sliced)

1/4 cup ground garlic

salt and pepper to taste

3 cups water

cornstarch, for thickening

Directions

1. In large pot of water, boil ribs until tender.


3. In separate saucepan, add soy sauce, 3 cups of water,

ketchup, brown sugar. Bring to boil, turn down and add

cornstarch to thicken.

4. In a roaster pan, place drained ribs (slabs) and sauce,

then add peppers, onions, spices.

5. Bake covered 20-30 minutes, or until tender.

6. Remove lid towards end of baking.

7. Continually check so ribs don't burn or sauce dries up.
