• Check the product thoroughly before installing it or giving it to your installer

• Products with defects should never be installed

• Make sure the purchased product is in line with in-store sampling

• Before you start, check boxes compatibility together (Gloss rate, Coloring, Embossing)

• Installation must be done by a specialized installer with good knowledge of laminate flooring

• To avoid dissatisfaction, test a control board before starting the installation (hardness, scratches, impact)

• The ambient humidity of the room must not exceed 60% during installation

• Plywood subfloor moisture must not exceed 11% during installation

• The moisture content of the concrete subfloor must not exceed 4% during installation

• Painting, plastering and slab repairs must be completed within 45 days

• Moisture must be stable and controlled before laying

• Expansion moldings should always be considered during installation

• Make sure that the membrane is compatible with the product that will be installed

• Check if the purchased product is compatible with the Glycol and Electric Radiant Heating System

• A floating installation must always allow the product to expand or contract

• Tables, chairs, appliances and other furniture must be always protected

• A defect that is visible before installation is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

• Failure to follow instructions will automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty

• If in doubt about the quality of the products, stop the installation and contact your dealer

• An installed product is considered to be accepted by the consumer
