Sub:-Quotation in sealed cover are invited for "Supply and Printing of FlexBanner' with duly filledin, "Annexure A" (Commercial/Financial Bid) with the following Details.

1. Sealedquotations are invited to undertake Purchaseof "Printing and supply of Flex Banner"at Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad as per list attached/given overleaf.

2. The last date for receiving the quotation is during office hours (10.30 a.m. to 6.10 p.m.) up to13 /08/2020. Bidder has to send quotation via speed po~t/post/courier/register AD only,in person quotation will not be accepted. The envelope must be super scribed with the"QUOTATIONFORSUPPLYAND PRINTINGOFFLEXBANNER".

3. The rates quoted should be for Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad inclusive ofall taxes, GST,charges viz. packing, forwarding, duties, raliwav freight, transit insuranceetc. And free delivery at University stores.

4. The rates quoted and agreed shall remain valid for a minimum period of 1 year_and noincreasewill be granted during the validity of the current agreement or date of Work order.

5. Biddersare requested to quote rates asper format mentioned in "Annexure A", if any bidderfails to do the same then his bid will be rejected. The rates shall be quoted both in figures andwords and should be signed by the authorized signatory.

6. The incomplete and conditional bids will be rejected Ouoting unrealistic rates will be treatedasdisqualification.

7. An undertaking (self-certificate) that the agenr:y hasn't been blacklisted by a Central /State/UT Government institution and there has been no litigation with any governmentdepartment.

8. University will order for Printing and supply of Flex banner as when require WITHOUT,LI,NYMINIMMUN QUANTITY.

9. The firms must provide experience details of last three years in table form.10. If any of the terms or conditions provided herein or any direction(s) issued by the University is

not complied with or contractor isfound to havecommitted any breach thereof, the Universitywill be at liberty to terminate the Contract.

11. Paymentwill be made after successfulprinting and supply of flex banner and actual work donesatisfactory certified by concern section.

12. Delivery: Within 07 days from date of purchase order issued at GTU Campus, Near VGECCampus,Visat-koba Highway, Ahmedabad - 24.

13. Successfulbidder has to submit security deposit of Rs.5,COO/-which will be refunded afterthe completion of contract.

14. The University reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigningany reasons.15. Judicial jurisdiction of all the dispute will be Ahmedabad (Gujarat) only.
