HOURS OF OPERATIONLe Spa opens daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

RESERVATIONSSpa treatment reservations can be made by telephone by dialing ext. 8700. When booking, please provide your room number and complete name. We recommend making a reservation at least one day in advance to ensure availability.

AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICYA 24-hour amendment notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be applied for a “no-show”.

ARRIVALWe encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to ensure total relaxation and enhanced treatment results. This will allow you time to slip into a robe, use the sauna and steam areas and relax before your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment will limit your treatment time, reducing its full bene�ts and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to prevent any inconvenience to the next guest and the same treatment price will apply.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS. Your health and safety come �rst. Please help us provide you with the best possible spa experience by completing the guest consultation form.. In-house hotel guests are welcome to visit Le Spa dressed in their bath robes and slippers.. As Le Spa offers each guest the chance to relax and rejuvenate, we appreciate you leaving your mobile phone in your guest room or switching it to silent mode or off upon entering the spa premises.. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the spa premises are strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not recommended prior to any spa treatment.. Admission to the spa is only for guest of at least 16 years of age.

GRATUITIESGratuities are not expected and only accepted if you feel your experience warrants it. If you wish to give a gratuity to one of your staff for exceptional service, we kindly request you to add this directly on tipping box available at the Spa. Please do not hand cash directly to the staff.
