MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEWThe Leverage Network’s purpose is twofold:
1. To ‘ready’ members for board opportunities across all sectors of the healthcare industry; and
2. To influence the board selection process and increase healthcare organizations’ board diversity
Corporate membership demonstrates the importance of board diversity and supports the business case for improved organizational performance. CHARTER PARTNER/CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
• The Charter Partner/Corporate Member’s organization will appoint anAdministrator/Senior Executive as the main contact for the CharterPartner/Corporate Membership. The Administrator/Senior Executive willbe responsible for issuing applications and communicating the qualifiedexecutives, annually.
• Membership is effective upon signature of the Charter Partner/CorporateMembership commitment Form.
• Charter Partner/Corporate Memberships are automatically renewedannually on anniversary date of membership.
• TLN Charter Partner/Corporate Membership fees are due upon signing.
• If the CEO or Senior Level Executive leaves the corporation theirmembership status is transferable to the newly appointed CEO or SeniorLevel Executive.
• A Charter Partner/Corporate member executive may transfer theirmembership to another corporation by having the new employer companybecome a Charter Partner/Corporate Member or by becoming a TLNIndividual Executive Member.
