1. To ‘ready’ members for board opportunities across all sectors of the healthcare industry; and

CHARTER PARTNER/CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

• The Charter Partner/Corporate Member’s organization will appoint anAdministrator/Senior Executive as the main contact for the CharterPartner/Corporate Membership. The Administrator/Senior Executive willbe responsible for issuing applications and communicating the qualifiedexecutives, annually.

• Membership is effective upon signature of the Charter Partner/CorporateMembership commitment Form.

• Charter Partner/Corporate Memberships are automatically renewedannually on anniversary date of membership.

• TLN Charter Partner/Corporate Membership fees are due upon signing.

• If the CEO or Senior Level Executive leaves the corporation theirmembership status is transferable to the newly appointed CEO or SeniorLevel Executive.

• A Charter Partner/Corporate member executive may transfer theirmembership to another corporation by having the new employer companybecome a Charter Partner/Corporate Member or by becoming a TLNIndividual Executive Member.
