On paper, draw a ‘happy tooth’ and ‘sad tooth’.
Draw or cut and stick (from a magazine or newspaper), foods that would match a ‘happy tooth’ (healthy) and foods that would match a ‘sad tooth’ (unhealthy).
Talk about the differences between the foods that you have drawn/chosen.Which foods do you eat that keep your teeth ‘happy?’
Always brush your teeth for 2 minutes.

Mindfulness Walk
During your local exercise, walk for a set length of time (about 5 mins) in complete silence to help focus your sense of listening on the sounds around you. Try to see if you can hear any of the sounds below and tick them
