ResponsibilityIt would seem that a responsible adult would be able to give up their all access use of the Internet while in public places to keep the children of this country from having to be faced with more harmful materials.
“It is a significant interest of society to keep children from harmful Internet materials. Free speech can be tempered with the prudent use of filters to ensure the greatest amount of freedom of speech for the greatest numbers of people “ (L. Gottschalk, 2006)
