To purchase the Leads Suite simply login to the event website and click on your company’s name in the drop down menu in the top right corner. Then click on LEADS ACTIVATION.If the Leads Activation tab is not there, then it has already been purchased for your companya

HOW TO COLLECT LEADS

download the leads appTo download the Zerista Leads app, go to the app storeon your Apple or Android phone and search for:

LOGIN TO THE LEADS APPYour login credentials for the Leads app are the same as your credentials for the event website & event app.

{{+ Scan an attendee’s QR code with the Leads app. Located in the event app under My QR Code & on their badge if the event is using badges w/ QR codes.

+ An attendee scans your company QR code. Located on your company profile page on the website.

+ An attendee adds your company to their contact list. This can be done via the app or the website.

+ Manually add the lead. For instructions see the next page.

Think of the Zerista Leads app as your lead scanner & on-the-goaddress book for all of the leads you collect at the event.

HOW TO EXPORT LEADSOn the event website (this cannot be done on the app), once logged in:Click on Your company name in the drop menuClick on LEADS in the sub-menuClick EXPORT LEADS on the leftAn email will then be sent to you with a .CSV file of your leads and all of their info.

*Everyone who has been associated as a company contact can collec-tively collect leads. Each contact when logged in to Zerista Leads or the event website will see the same list of leads. Company contacts can also (as shown above) add separate notes to the same lead.

*Keep in mind the Leads app will only successfully add leads when your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a network.

ADD NOTESYou can now add notes to each lead you collect. Add information that is missing from their profile or tips to help you remember to follow up with them or even to remember them later on.

INTERACTDepending on what info the attendee has included in their profile, you can: call, text, email, and message them all from within the Leads app.

LEAD INFOTake a closer look at attendees’ profile pages and all of the info that they’ve included in their profile.

MANUALLY ADD A LEADIf the attendee doesn’t have an account or if your camera is broken and you cannot scan you can enter in their information by hand.

SCANNING LEADSClick the scanner icon to start scanning leads’ QR codes, which can be found once they login to the event app and click My QR Code or on their badge if applicable.
