2013 Open Days Maguire’s Park Homes will be holding exclusive Open Days on the following dates between 10am and 4pm at Heronstone park, woodlands park and Greenfields Estate. The addresses and postcodes are as follows.

From Lydney: Take the A48 signed for Chepstow. You will pass through the village of Ayleburton and 1 mile further you will enter Alvington. Turn right at The Globe public house signposted Hewelsfield and Brockweir*. After ¾ mile turn right at the staggered cross road signed for Bream. After 600 metres the entrance to the park will be found on the left.
From Chepstow: Take the A48 towards Gloucester. After 3 miles you will pass through the village of Stroat and after a further 3 miles you will enter the village of Alvington. Turn left at The Globe public house signposted Hewelsfield and Brockweir and follow the directions above from *.
Services
Gas LPG direct from bulk underground tanks. Metered and billed quarterly by Countrywide Gas.
Electricity Metered direct from SWALEC. Provider can be changed by giving 1 month's notice.
Water / Sewerage Charged by the site owners at £30 per month. Telephone Telephone lines are ducted to each plot, ready for connection.

Tavern Park Forden, Near Welshpool, Mid Wales
Tavern Park is a stunning holiday park for Static caravans and holiday lodges, The park is set in scenic countryside on the border of Shropshire and powys.
Tavern park is a family friendly park set just off the bank of the river severn, there are many local attractions and plenty to do.
The park benefits from its own fishing club, which all tenants have free membership too, with fishing rights on 3 and a half
miles of river.
There are miles upon miles of walks to enjoy and shopping in the nearby towns of Shrewsbury, Telford, Wrexham and
Newtown. The local villages of Welshpool and Montgomery are well known for their sheer beauty and castles, including powis
castle which is just 3 miles from the park.
The park has planning for a total of 101 plots at present including static caravans and holiday lodges.
We currently have new and used static caravans for sale with used starting at £2,995 and new prices starting from £19,995
We will very shortly be ready for the first of the holiday lodges to be sited and prices on a brand new 45 foot by 20 foot Tingdene

From Welshpool head towards Newtown on the A483, at the first roundabout take the first exit onto the A490 signposted for Churchstoke and Montgomery, after 3 miles turn right, signposted for school, after approximately half a mile the park will be found on the left. Using sat nav the post code is SY21 8NN, some sat navs may take you into a lane opposite the railway inn, if so ignore that turning and the park entrance can be found 50 yards past the railway inn
Open Season
Tavern Park holds full planning permission and a site license for holiday use for 10 months of the year. We are open from
the 1st of March to the 2nd of January each year.
Services
Gas LPG bottles can be purchased on site at a very low rate. Bottles are currently sold at £24 for 19kg and £52 for 47kg bottles
Electricity Each caravan has its own, pay as you go meter so you always know what you are using.
Water / Sewerage Both are included within the annual pitch fees.
