2.1 Key Function

Learning Outcomes: 2.1.1 Know how to use the Print Screen, Escape and Num Lock Keys. 2.1.2 To identify the positions of the Print Screen, Escape and Num Lock Keys.

Objective: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to…1) Know the position of the Print Screen

2) Know how to use the Print Screen button.

Activities:

1) Teacher shows the keyboard and the position of the Print Screen button.

2) Teacher instructs pupils to open Microsoft Word Program.

3) Pupils follow teacher’s instruction on how to use the Print Screen.

4) Pupils save their work in the computer. Moral Value: Confidence Impact:

Open Microsoft Word program. Press Print Screen

Click on the task bar Point to All Programs Accessories Click Paint

From the standard toolbar click Edit Paste

The captured image will appear

Then Click File from the menu bar. Choose Save As.
