Transitional Jobs

Transitional Jobs (TJ) is a workforce 

strategy designed to overcome 

employment obstacles by

 using

 time‐limited, wage‐ paying  jobs that  

combine real  work, skill  development, 

and  supportive

 services,

to transition participants successfully 

into the labor market.
