NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. INTERNET AND VALID EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED. OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISCRICT OF COLUMBIA (“U.S.”), AGED 13 YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Let’s Play Phoenix Challenge (the “Challenge”) is a competition created by Let’s Play, a community partnership led by Dr Pepper Snapple Group (“Sponsor”) to get kids and families active.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, employees, officers and directors of Good Sports (“Partner”), and Sponsor’s and Partner’s respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors (collectively, “Entities”) are not eligible. Subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Void where prohibited.

2. TO ENTER:

Any school in the three participating school districts (Cartwright School District, Phoenix Union High School District) are invited to register their respective school to participate in the Challenge by filling out the downloadable PDF version of the Let’s Play Phoenix Challenge application, which can be accessed at www.letsplay.com. To enter, schools must apply by March 13, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. After Sponsor assesses and confirms each school’s application, approved schools will be entered into the Challenge. A representative will contact the school by March 20, 2015 by 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to confirm participation. The Let’s Play Phoenix Challenge officially begins at 12:00 p.m. EST on Monday, March 23, 2015 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on April 12, 2015 (“Promotion Period”). U.S. residents are invited to make 1 pledge daily to count towards the total number of pledges in support of participating schools in the three eligible school districts. U.S. residents can visit www.letsplay.com to take the pledge and note which school their pledge will benefit. Pledgers will need to opt-in to the Challenge, enter a valid email address, and choose one of the pre-determined participating schools they want their pledge to support from a drop-down menu. Each entry will count as 1 pledge for the selected school and only 1 pledge per day is permitted per email address.

3. PRIZE/WINNER SELECTION: On Monday, April 13, 2015, representatives of the Sponsor will reveal the winning school and runner-up schools, which will be determined by the schools that have the greatest number of pledges as a percentage of their total school student population, as defined by the Arizona Department of Education. In the event of a tie, the contest shall be extended for the

tying schools by one week to determine the winner. The official tally will be conducted by members of the Dr Pepper Snapple Group.

Prizes: One (1) $15,000 Good Sports Equipment Donation: The winning school will receive the opportunity to partner with Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Good Sports on a celebratory event at which the school will receive $15,000 in new sports equipment, footwear, and apparel to benefit the student body of the school. The event will be scheduled before September 15, 2015. One (1) $7,500 Good Sports Equipment Donation: The second place school will receive $7,500 in new sports equipment, footwear, and apparel to benefit the student body of the school. The equipment will be awarded before September 15, 2015. One (1) $5,000 Good Sports Equipment Donation: The third place school will receive $5,000 in new sports equipment, footwear, and apparel to benefit the student body of the school. The equipment will be awarded before September 15, 2015. All participating schools (maximum of 14) will receive $1,000 in new sports equipment, footwear, and apparel to benefit the student body of the school. The equipment will be awarded before September 15, 2015. After the Challenge concludes, Good Sports will work directly with the winners to secure the application, proof of insurance, and the required release forms. Each school must go through the Good Sports screening process for sports equipment donations and must meet all Good Sports requirements at its sole discretion. If a winner is unable to meet the necessary requirements, the prize will be awarded to the next school with the greatest number of pledges as a percentage of the total student population subject to the same screening process and requirements. The winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or overnight courier at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, proof of insurance, and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the time period specified in the notification letter, or an alternate winner may be selected. Inability to contact the winner or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. No substitutions for any prize or any of its elements may apply, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor as may be necessary due to unavailability. In such a case, a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are nontransferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality, or otherwise. In the event that any prize component is unavailable for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of prize package will be forfeited and will not be substituted.
