He is able to complete assignments quickly while directing a great amount of attention to detail even when under pressure and in stressful situations. Many find it difficult to deal with angry or frustrated customers or vendors, but Connor showed great compassion and gave considerate attention in handling conflict resolution. Throughout his internship, Connor demonstrated his organizational skills, superior work ethic, and an ability to help others, which was shown through special projects he was assigned to coordinate. He was assigned to many specific tasks including scheduling performances within the Market, planning Family Education Day events and creative projects that assisted in the Market’s newest positioning endeavors.
