    Dear Speaker Silver:

This office has been retained by Jamie L. Campbell, Kimberly Snickers and Annalise C.Freling, three former employees of New York State Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak and ishereby filing a formal complaint against the Assemblyman and the New York State Assembly.

According to my clients, there also appears to be a minimum of two more former employeeswho will be coming forward with similar complaints in the near future. This complaint is broughtto you in your capacity as Speaker of the Assembly. A Notice of Claim has also been filed withregard to this matter naming Assemblyman Gabryszak, the New York State Assembly and the

State of New York as Respondents.

Throughout their employment, from 2011 through October, 2013, the three youngwomen were subjected to a pattern of outrageous and appalling behavior by AssemblymanGabryszak. His actions created such a hostile and offensive workplace environment that allthree women were forced to resign from their employment. Assemblyman Gabryszaks conductwas so severe, persistent and pervasive that it rose to the level of sexual harassment. Inaddition to his direct behavior toward the women, the married man of 37 years was continuouslysubjecting them, against their will, to stories of his escapades with prostitutes, strip clubs, affairswith Assemblywomen and massages with happy endings. The three women, who are allyoung enough to be Assemblyman Gabryszaks daughters, were so upset with his behavior thatthey had no alternative than to walk away from their jobs, losing income, health insurance and

other employment benefits and they suffered emotional injuries as well.

In order to best describe Assemblyman Gabrszyks actions, attached please findEXHIBIT A, which describes his behavior toward Kimberly Snickles, EXHIBIT B, whichdescribes his behavior toward Jamie L. Campbell and EXHIBIT C, which describes his behaviortoward Annalise C. Freling. After reviewing this documentation, would you kindly have one ofyour representatives contact my office to discuss this matter in detail.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

    Yours,

    Johnny G. Destino, Esq.
