Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations – Site
Carpentry (QCF) (Construction)
The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations – Site Carpentry allows learners
to demonstrate competence against the National Occupational Standards which
are based on the needs of the facilities services sector as designed by asset skills.
They contribute to the development of skilled labour in the sector.
Learners must successfully complete a minimum of 55 credits to achieve this
qualification. 10 credits from the mandatory group plus a minimum of 45 credits
from Pathway 1 (Site Carpentry).
All units in this qualification are assessed by portfolio. Evidence for this
qualification must come from the learners consistent performance in the
workplace and must meet the requirements of the Proskills QCF Assessment.
Further guidance for each unit is available upon request. All Assessment Criteria
must be met in each relevant unit to achieve this qualification.
