Level 2 NVQ Diploma or Certificate in Controlling Lifting Operations Example of Evidence for Slinger/Signaller

To achieve the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Controlling Lifting Operations you will be observed on site by an assessor while you are working.

You will also be required to gather evidence of two lifts where you

have acted as the Slinger/Signaller.

This evidence example should give you an idea of the types of evidence that you need to produce to complete your portfolio. It is to be used as a guide only; your assessor will explain all you need to

know about the qualification and the evidence during your initial induction.
